Our Team

The Salt & Light International Team are made up of team leaders and other regional leaders from across our international family of churches.

Europe

Destinée Francophonie

Destinée Francophonie is a family of 20 or so churches in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and now many more in French-speaking Africa (see Destinée Afrique). Our vision is to lay Biblical foundations in churches and saints, equip churches through sphere teams (geographical and otherwise), and send disciples. Over the last few years, a number of our churches and ministries have begun to engage with the Church Renewal mentoring programme, which is beginning to bear good fruit in leaders and churches, giving us tools to make disciples. We are currently transitioning towards a more decentralised model, in order to release room for multiple spheres within the French-speaking world. Sphere teams are in the process of forming for maximum impact in the churches and society.

Salt & Light Denmark

The Danish Team is one of the ‘national’ teams born out of what was for many years S&L Nordic and is led by Morten Patrzalek; it currently has 13 members from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Germany, Sweden/USA and even the UK! Our vision and mission statement is Intentionally penetrating society with the Gospel by impacting, transforming, equipping, empowering.

Guter Hirte church, Ulm, Germany

The evangelical Guter Hirte (‘Good Shepherd’) has relational links to the S&L Europe team and also connects with around 50 churches in Kenya. Led by Gavin and Andrea Clark, thor vision is to see disciples living in the fullness of the freedom that Christ has brought us.

Casa di Grazia

Casa di Grazia (House of Grace) is a church located near Verbania on Lake Maggiore in north-west Italy, led by Tim & Martina Pegler. We are an international family with members from Ukraine, Italy, Nigeria, Congo, Brasil, Switzerland, Bolivia, UK, Albania. Services are held in Italian, but English translation is available. Our mission is to grow up towards God and to go out towards others with the gospel. We are currently supporting a Church in Calabria and looking to build connections with other evangelical churches in the area. We maintain a strong connection with other Salt and Light Churches in Europe, including Germany, Sweden, and Denmark.

Salt & Light Polish Team

The Polish team oversees a group of 19 churches from different evangelical (charismatic) traditions located in South and central Poland. We are actively building a “Platform” for pastors and leaders to equip, encourage & build up church leadership teams through open meetings, conferences and initiating mutual visits to exchange inspiration and support.

This apostolic group of churches is dynamically growing in maturity, relationship and brotherly help.

Salt & Light Swedish Team

The Swedish team gathers leaders from different areas of Sweden. We plan and work together around the 5 areas of Apostolic work. Over the last few years, we have focused more than ever on how to influence society and “the seven spheres of influence”. We want to build a family on a mission with leaders that relate to each other through close relationships, building and sending teams to equip the church for greater impact in society. We plant spiritual sons in churches and support initiatives to see the Kingdom of God expand. From our base in Sweden, we engage with churches and projects in many different nations in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Salt & Light Advance is a group of around 15 churches based in the South of England. We have a rich history of working together over many years - and an exciting future ahead too! We have a clear vision to be a people who build thriving churches that advance God’s Kingdom, serving our region, our nation and beyond.

Salt & Light Momentum

S&L Momentum is a Intercultural family on a mission drawing together leaders of mainly the Diaspora church community who are now working in the UK and Europe; reaching into the diaspora and beyond to indigenous UK culture. We have churches in Basingstoke, Rotherham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Coventry, Oxford, Manchester and Vienna, Austria. Our vision is to advance the kingdom of God in the UK and Europe and plant healthy growing churches. Our mission is to make disciples of all nations. We are committed to developing vibrant intercultural churches that reflect diversity in unity and the kingdom of God.
