The Salt & Light International Team are made up of team leaders and other regional leaders from across our international family of churches.

North America

Central Region
Salt & Light North America Central is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba right in the center and heartland of Canada and North America. Our Central Region includes 15+ churches in Canada and the US and we have 3 budding apostolic ‘clusters’ or ‘spheres’. Our vision is to equip and release apostolic teams of Ephesian 4 ministry gifts to strengthen local churches and create a missional culture including church planting.

Western Region
Salt & Light North America West currently numbers 9 churches in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. An extension of the region is also found in Rutemba, DR Congo, and missionaries are serving in parts of Africa and Asia. Our vision is to Strengthen and equip our family of churches in coming to full maturity in Christ, by collaborating together to extend God’s kingdom in the Western region and beyond, through local mission and new church planting.

Coast to Coast (C2C)

Coast to Coast is a family of churches based in the USA, led by Doug Kreighbaum and his team. Our motto, God’s Spirit-Filled Family, Engaging Together in God’s Mission, reflects the mandate God has given us. We have established spheres on the West Coast, the Mountain Region, North Dakota Indian reservations, the Southwest, Mexico, and the Philippines. We are actively working to develop and strengthen spheres in these areas and see expansion through planting.

Foundation Ministries

The Foundation Ministries family of churches is mainly located in Midwest US and has long term relationships in Mexico, Nigeria and more recently in the Middle East. Our vision statement is Kingdom Foundations for Kingdom Ministry. In the past years, we have seen a number of community transformative projects birthed & grow into healthy signposts. We continue to invest in building missional communities as the way to mature and strengthen our churches, as well as to plant new ones. A large part of our focus has been the transition of leadership from the older to younger generation, and raising up young leaders who will plant communities and churches.
