A vacancy has arisen within East Midlands Christian Fellowships (EMCF) for the role of Operations Manager. This role is central to supporting the wider ministry of EMCF by supporting the apostolic team and senior leadership in developing EMCF. The post holder will oversee, maintain and develop the administration and charity operations functions across EMCF.
EMCF currently incorporates a number of churches (Derby, Eastwood, Leicester, Lutterworth, Belper and Nottingham), an independent Christian school (Emmanuel School), various ministries and Riverside Events Management Ltd, a subsidiary company that manages The Riverside Centre in Derby.
The role is full time and will be based in Derby.

Children and Youth Outreach Worker | Community Church Harlesden
Community Church Harlesden (CCH) are looking to increase our children and youth work, within the Church and our local community. Building on the excellent work of our soon to depart children and families worker, our capacity will increase from 2 to 4 days per week. We are looking to appoint a new Church Leader to provide overall strategic leadership to the small team of elders; set overall vision, values and strategy for the Church; and develop a strong culture of discipleship, mission and participation, working with the team to equip, empower and motivate others to serve and play their part in the life of the church family.
The church includes many students, some from overseas, providing an opportunity to influence and equip the next generation of leaders across the nations. The church is looking to breakthrough to the next level of growth and impact, to take advantage of the massive potential for the Gospel in Bangor, Anglesey, North Wales and beyond.
The individual should be passionate, self-motivated and work effectively with minimal supervision. They should place a high value on team, and be able to both support, assist and oversee existing ministries, as well as initiating new ministries and activities in the communities served by the church, in order to support the healthy long-term growth of the Church.
Funds are available for the post to be a part- or full-time salaried position, dependent on further discussion with the individual.
