A European Mission

God spoke clearly to us, as a family of churches, through a prophetic word given by church leader Kiell Tofters (Sweden) on 4 January 1999. The word was weighed by Senior Leaders from UK and mainland Europe, and all concurred that this is the word of God for us.

You People in England, you people of Salt and Light - forget the past, do not think about it. Look at the new thing I am going to do. Don't you see it? It's already happening. I will make a road in the desert of Europe and rivers in this spiritually dry continent.

It is time to change your thinking. It is time to go. There is a cry all over Europe for what the Salt and Light family carries. Yes, you, go to the nations in the south and north, east and west … but go to your neighbours - to the nations of Europe.

People of Salt and Light, change your thinking. Go to Europe, go to Scandinavia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy. You have a God-given understanding of building relationships, of starting and building churches apostolically and prophetically, of equipping leaders. This has been tested over many years on a small scale. Now is the time for expansion, for new strategic thinking and planning.

The people of Europe are as helpless crowds, like sheep without a shepherd. The harvest of Europe needs workers from Salt and Light. Send workers to gather the Lord's harvest. Now is the time for Europe!

People of Britain: invade the continent of Europe. As Churchill and Eisenhower, at the end of the Second World War, planned strategically to invade Europe and give freedom to the nations and people of Europe, so should you! Plan, go, plant and build. Be brave. Europe needs you.

The European churches are weak. Go and strengthen your brothers. Build bridges from your churches to churches in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy. People of England: you have goodwill in Europe. Expand and change your thinking. Go - don't hesitate. Build strategically. Europe is like a valley of dry bones - go down in the middle of this valley. The power of the Lord is with you. Go with life, with anointing, with understanding.
