Someone once said, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” Perhaps that is why Jesus committed so much time during his 3 years of ministry to the process of training future leaders. As a family of churches we place a high values on training leadership – not just for “running churches” but to be God’s kingdom people in God’s world.

General leadership training (by which we mean training for leadership in general, rather than leadership of a church, for example) is offered from time to time in many of our churches and regions, either through regular courses or ad hoc leadership training days.
