Congregational Leadership Training

The role of a senior leader is a unique one, and the challenges and pressures are very specific to the role. So amongst other things this course provides a great deal of empathy and mutual understanding!

Some delegates will be new to leading congregations, whilst others have been leading for a while. The course includes plenty of interaction and opportunities to learn from one another. The team are leading each session, but we hope that the learning will come from one another, as much as from the front.

Bill Hybels states very simply “The local church is the hope of the world”. We don't want to lose the sense of privilege we have in serving this wonderful, unique body called The Church!
