Book Here For Transform 2012

We have recently begun using a new booking system for Salt & Light events.  It gives us the ability to offer more options, gather extra information (such as dietary requirements and mobility needs) and add more help text to guide people through the system.

Also, in the past each time you booked for a Salt & Light event it was necessary to input standard contact information (name, address, email etc) before registering for an event.  The new system allows you to create a username and password the first time you use it, which some of you may already have done for events this autumn.  Once you have registered with the system it automatically remembers your details for any future events you book when logged in, saving us all a bit of time.  If you would prefer not to create an account you can still book without being logged in and input your details each time.

The Booking Process

  1. Click on the link above to get started.
  2. The first screen you come to will allow you to log in if you already have an account or go straight to booking by clicking the 'Register Now' button.  If you do not already have an account one will be created for you as part of the booking process.
  3. The first question asks you to let us know how many people you are booking.
  4. The system will then allow you to register the members of your group one at a time inputting choices such as ticket type, accommodation, meals, special needs etc. Remember to read the help text on the system for family bookings.
  5. Finally, if you chose to pay online, you will be taken to our payment partner allowing you to pay by card.
