Google Checkout

Payments are taken using the secure Google Checkout system. If you select this payment option and your card is not authorised you will have 7 days to provide a valid card before the booking is automatically cancelled by Google.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel

Bookings cancelled before Monday 14th June 2010 will carry an administration charge of 10%.  A charge of 80% will apply to any bookings cancelled after Monday 14th June 2010. Refunds will be made by the same method as payment was given. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Events Team.

If we cancel

Refunds will be made in full by the same method as payment was given.
