Pricing

This year we have split the price of the camp so that you pay an event fee and have the freedom to choose your preferred accommodation type – off site or tent/caravan pitches in a variety of sizes – and just pay for what you need.

If you are staying in local accommodation off site, or coming each day from home, you just pay the event fee. Check the accommodation section for more information about places to stay locally.

We work hard to keep prices as low as possible and there is a 15% discount for bookings made and paid for before Easter.

The event can only take place thanks to the many volunteers who serve in a whole variety of ways. If you would like to join one of the teams please contact the Events Office (events@saltlight.org).

When booking please select the appropriate plot size, allowing for at least 1.5m between your tent wall and the edge of your plot. If bringing an additional child tent or gazebo, they must fit within your plot. If not you will need to book a larger plot. If you need further guidance please check with the Events office before booking.

Family Bookings

If you are making a family booking please ensure you choose ‘Family’ delegate types for all members of your family – i.e. ‘Family-Parent’ for the parents and ‘Family-Own Child’ for the children. This will ensure your total reflects the family price and will make sure you don’t pay more than you need to!
