Camping

Camping is great fun! And with our new pricing structure you can book the plot that best suits you. The site will be arranged by church so you can share a camping “village” with your own church family and still only be a short distance away from many others who you might not know yet. If you don’t have all the camping gear you can borrow or hire tents and equipment or team up with others in your church to cover all the bases.

Caravans

You can also bring caravans to Transform, whether you bring your own or hire one just for the event. As with camping, when booking you will need to choose the caravan plot size that best suits you and your plot will be placed within your “church village” on-site.

Off-site accommodation

There is no on site accommodation at Lenchwood so if you aren’t a camper you will need to make your own arrangements. There is a wide variety of accommodation options in the surrounding area. The link in the menu on the left can provide you with a starting point when looking for B&Bs, cottages and hotels.

Catering

There will be an on site cafe that will provide snacks and drinks. In addition we are offering a new service where lunch and dinner are provided for those who book in advance, before 21 July 2010.
