We are delighted to have, as a key guest speaker, David Arrol Macfarlane. An engaging speaker, trainer, and motivator, David Macfarlane is the Director of National Initiatives for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada, and has become a good friend to some of our Salt & Light churches in North America. He travels constantly, speaking at conferences and meeting with leaders, and this extensive travel gives him a unique perspective on the innovative things God is doing. David led local congregations that ‘turned around’ and grew through prayerful and sustainable strategic outreach. David brought his passion for evangelism and discipleship from his native Latin America and loves to help Christians find new ways to engage their world with the Gospel. Bishop Dr J.B Masinde is the Senior Pastor and founder of Deliverance Church Umoja, which he founded in 1984. He is married to Persiah Muthoni Masinde and together they have five children and two grand children. Deliverance Church Umoja has grown from an evangelistic outpost of 100 people to a mega-church further expected growth to 50,000 in six campuses by 2015. -
Doug Kreighbaum is the leader of Coast to Coast, a network of churches in USA. Along with this wife Denise, he serves as senior leaders at Covenant Harvest Church. Doug is the senior pastor and Denise teaches at Covenant Harvest School. They have four daughters; Nicole, Katie, Kelsea and Abigail.
Doug is the author of three books and travels regularly to churches throughout North America and Europe strengthening church leaders and members alike. His passion to see the the body of Christ become a glorious bride is infectious.

Steve Thomas is the International Team Leader of Salt & Light Ministries. With his wife Lorraine he has led Oxfordshire Community Churches in the UK for over 30 years. His fathering and apostling ministry has been received by many within our family of churches.
Members of the international team will also lead some of our workshops.
