A Saturday only option is available for those unable to attend the whole conference. Individual sessions can be booked on arrival, subject to availability, for £12 per session. | ||

| Our main hotel package includes dinner, bed and breakfast at the Barceló Oxford Hotel – a 4*‑hotel with leisure suite and large pool, 2 miles from the city centre. The package includes parking at the hotel and is particularly suitable for overseas delegates, as it also includes dedicated coach transport directly between the hotel and The King’s Centre. Prices are per person for two nights for the conference only option or for three nights including the Forum | ||

| We are also offering a more economical, bed and breakfast package at the modern Oxford YHA Hostel – 15 minutes’ walk from The King’s Centre – mainly in 4 and 6-bed rooms, but with a very small number of twin rooms – so this accommodation is most suitable for young(er) single delegates! Prices are per person for two nights. | ||

Cancellation
Any bookings cancelled more than four weeks before the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 10% of the event fee. The remainder will be refunded.
Any bookings cancelled less than four weeks before the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 20% of the event fee. The remainder will be refunded.
In all cases accommodation fees (hotel, hostel) will only be refunded if the rooms can be re-let or cancelled without penalty with the provider.
